On paid plans (Growth & Scale), you have two options. Bring your own Razorpay keys and pay 0% platform fee — payments go directly to your bank account. Or, if you don't have a Razorpay account, you can use our integrated Razorpay at a reduced platform fee of 3% on Growth or 2% on Scale (compared to 5% on the Free plan). Either way, you save significantly.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new rate kicks in at your next billing cycle.
The Free plan lets you launch a fully functional store with a free subdomain (yourstore.infinoza.com) and SSL — up to 20 products, no credit card needed.
